Dear Ministry Partner,
Thank you for being a vital part of our mission to impact campuses through the Gospel and discipleship. Your continued support allows us to witness incredible stories of transformation, like the one we are about to share with you.

Meet Ivan,
Ivan is a 23 year old, Venezuelan who studies Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamà.
He found his way to our student center in February of 2023 while passing through it, and as he said, :”I felt something good in this place.”
While he has always believed that there is a God, he admitted that he never really took a step of knowing more about God until he came to know us, moving towards Christ.
Ivan shared these words before water baptism
“ In my life, I have learnt that some things happen which make you change, like pain or love but I always asked myself why do we have to go through these things. Why do I have to go through these things which are difficult?
I tried finding an answer by myself and it was extremely difficult. Once I learnt about Jesus and His Word, I realized that certain things connect all these things. This is faith and hope and significance. Without these things, nothing makes sense. We need faith and hope and I got that from God, from Jesus and from you as well. That is why I want to get baptized.”

He happily shared his new found faith in Jesus with classmates and family. When he got baptized, he asked Adda, to witness this special moment.
Adda, Ivan’s girlfriend, also found Christ through his testimony and is currently on her own journey of discipleship.
In this photo from last December at our church, you can see Ivan, Adda on his left, and his mom on his right. Ivan encouraged his mom to join our gatherings regularly.

Aside from actively sharing his faith to others, Ivan is also actively involve serving at church as a part of the music team and part of our translators for Sunday service.
Thank you!
Ivan is just one of the many students whom God has brought to our doorstep, and the impact of his encounter with Christ are touching those around him
Thank you for being a vital part of our mission. Your generosity empowers us to reach and disciple the next generation for Christ.
Together, we are able to make eternal impact through the gospel.
Love,
MARK & BIANCA
